I get this drumroll/rol call everytime I know something is going to happen. Like He is preparing me for it.

Drives me angry. I hate the sound, like a deep embedded voice, wana reach into my head and remove it!

Hi Costello. Yesterday I met a new person that is going to 'look after' me. She is from the CMHT. Crisis have passed me on to them. She seems nice enough, but just turned up without letting my mum know. Mum had gone to the shops so I was left wondering who she was standing at the door ringing the door bell. I dont open the door but I shouted from upstairs who are you and she said her name and I remembered so I let her in. I dont think I should have. I always make the wrong decision!

I think the crisis CPN thinks thank God he got rid of me and doesnt have to see me again. I dont even say anything to him, he just used to talk. now I have to start all over again, stupid drum rolls in my head while I was listening to her. Now the Olympic disabled person has been arrested for murder of his beautiful girlfriend so I dont know what will happen but I think Im okay, thanks for asking.
