No one else would do that and the receptionist can try listen in, but she won't understand a word.

If I can't keep control though, it's all their fault, these kind of things weren't happening until they started stalking me.

Friday is taking forever, I want to see the Dr and I don't, in case she is with them, but I won't know if I don't go and it's very important that she knows.

Last time things like this got me sectioned, but the Dr is ok, if she is her normal self.

Constant surviellance, threats, mind control and just generally messing with me.
Anyone would be ready to do the same thing and like **** is the receptionist going to be the one.

Maybe instead of a knife you could bring a shield? That way you can block something like a knife but not be at the risks of getting in trouble for having a weapon. I don't know what to use as a shield necessarily. Maybe like a hardbound book you like to read or something. Then it has two purposes, you can read while you wait for your appointment and it can protect you, too.

Yeah there is no way to talk to her.

Been freaked out over a week and its just getting worse.
Other people can call, Friday is taking forever and it would be nice to tell the Dr 1 thing at least.

I do hope your appt goes well and the pdoc understands what you need to tell her. My pdoc appt is Fri too, dunno why I've only just noticed it's the same day, but I'm nervous too, though I don't have anything important to say unlike you. Please don't take the knife. I don't want you to get into trouble I like dark heart's suggestion of a thick book as shield. Also a self protection thing I heard about was using your house keys with the key poking out between your fingers in a fist. I don't want you to get into any trouble, but maybe having keys on you will make you feel safe while not being classed as a weapon?

I'm worried that things are going to happen before Friday - I feel really guilty because I'm not doing anything.
I can't get to talk to the Dr though and I know the police won't help, what else can I do.

I don't want to sit back and let something happen, but I don't know what to do.

I can't call because the receptionist won't put my call through and she won't tell the Dr I called - she's totally unreachable.

Willow's suggestion about the key, I forgot about that. I've heard of that too. A few months ago there was a creeper hanging around my work building in the morning. He was watching the ladies go in and out of the building, wearing a ski mask, and would run when approached. The building manager called the police a couple of times and had some construction workers that were fixing the parking lot on the lookout for him. But, they suggested we walk with our keys like that just in case. He hasn't been spotted since the second time the cops were called.
