Do you think this has anything to do with abruptly stopping your medication three weeks ago? It might be worth considering.

I have the same thing happen to me and I fact it happened today! Sometimes it even stops me from doing things I like or taking care of myself and sleeping. It can get pretty scary but I try to remind myself as my Doc says it is just a delusion.

As much as I hate needing medicine to feel "normal," I take it anyway, because I hate how I feel off of it even more. But I only have to take one pill twice a day. If my regimen was more complex, I might have a hard time putting up with it too. I think it would be so much easier to take meds for mental health reasons if there wasn't such a stigma tied to it that "it's all in our heads." Well, duh, no kidding. i hope its not starting again

I like how one of my son's friends described his mom's anti-depressants. He goes "My mom has to take temper pills." hahahahahahahaha

Have you heard that often schizophrenic people feel like they are being watched? I have had this symptom for a few years.

There's a good book about it called 'The divided self', not sure of the author. You may be able to find it in a library. I would really reccommend reading it, it really helped me feel better about my symptom.
