someone on my instagram said that
its extremely rare for me to smile in pictures.
this is the first ive genuinely enjoyed myself in a month or more.

i didnt cry at all today or hear any voices. my mind was clear pretty much.
but i think its all back now i heard a boice say "your lucky." as in spiteful voice. and i got so scared because almost all day i didnt think about all that stuff then its like it hit me. as if it was waiting behind a corner to jump me. all i can think about now is what is going to come tonight :/

i had him in a cup
which kinda calmed him.
lifted him up with chopsticks
and pulled the yarn under him.
and just tied it over him.
he stayed pretty calm.
he seemed more agitated out of the cup
which was fine cause he was attached the leash by then.

he acted like a cat on a leash.
crawfish!

Hahahaha! That looks like fun newtus! I'm glad you let him go after, too. I'm sure it was quite the adventure for the crawfish!

That is the cutest thing. Newtus, you are pretty. We used to catch crawdads and put them in the bathtub. If you do that, they make a lot of noise. I never ate one. We just put them back in the lake the next day. I never thought of a leash. Did try to put my cat on a leash once. Made her own impression of the tasmanian devil and did all kinds of acrobatics.

It's lovely to see you smile Newtus! Have you considered getting a pet? My dog gives me all kinds of pleasure when I play with him and he does funny things. It seems you like animals, and playing with the crawfish made you smile and the voices and stuff lessen, so maybe a pet will help improve your symptoms?

Just a thought. All the best,

*Willow*
