This past week has been hellll
I keep trying to pull myself out of this, but I'm afraid I'll be hospitalized. My family can't see the things I can, does this make better or worse? I don't know but I almost threw up this morning, could have been something put in the food. My phone looks bigger today-It took me an hour to find it and I'm wondering if it's bugged. Has anyone else been followed lately. I just don't want anyone to take me so I try and stay awake to protect myself. |

Just FYI lack of sleep makes it all worse so just lock your door or something. I set up some empty cans and bells and stuff into a stack that someone would knock over if they came in my door, you know so it would make a loud noise and wake me up.

I got 4 hours and I'm feeling it. My thoughts are racing I can't focus for more than a minute or two. Sleep is a key to wellness, that's for sure. I wish I had other advice, but I hope you get through okay and soon.
