I'm not sure what's wrong. My words just keep coming out wrong, like they're not making much sense. Typing I do a little better, I just know something's wrong or right or I don't know what to do about it. It's scaring me. I don't know what's going on except that I really don't like it and nobody ever can tell me what's right much less what's wrong. I'm really forgetful, I keep walking out of my room and then completely forgetting what I was going to do because everything's just too much. It's like everything's blending together and confusing me. I'm trying to keep my mind focused on something, anything, but it's not entirely working because I'm still really confused. Just disoriented, I don't know how else to put it.

\\It's like standing on sand that's being washed away by the ocean, you just can't stay where you are... everything keeps moving and changing and you don't know where you're going to end up and you can't stand up either and suddenly you're drowning and suddenly you're me and you want to scream but you can't and you want to ask for help because you're desperate but you know that nobody's gonna know what's wrong or how to help you so you don't say anything you keep trying to hide it except you can't because you can't talk straight and you don't even know until people start laughing at you except it's really not funny but you don't know what's going on and you're me. You're me, don't you see?

I hate schizophrenia.

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time right now. I really liked your standing on moving sand analogy. Those words came out just right.
Is there anything you can do that you find soothing? Sometimes I like to keep my hands busy - drawing, or knotting, playing jacks, doing a rubics cube, just something.
I hope you feel better soon.
Thanks for this!

I know how frustrating it is to have forgetfulness and confusion. Walking into a room and forgetting why I'm there is pretty common for me, too.

Have you tried any cognitive games. I play them when I remember to. (Irony is that I forget to play the games that will help me to remember....)

Here's a really good site and it's free. I like it.

I feel this way all the time.
