I've covered up both the mirrors in my room and smashed a hand mirror recently. I feel like demons or some equivalent are watching me through there. I can't be the only one that feels like some kind of being is watching them through objects like mirrors can I? Am I?

Dining room chairs have fancy designs on them and they look like eyes staring at me. I always find faces and eyes in objects when I look at them and I'm convinced that the spies and demons and satanists are watching me all the time and wanting me to do things so I don't look out windows or at objects and I carry salt around with me and carved a pentagram into my skin to keep them away.

I used to write messages with soap backwards on the mirror asking for help. I think it's all those cop shows with the two way mirrors, put it in our heads about the mirrors!

Mirrors creep me out as well. One time I looked at myself in the mirror and my head then started to look dead and it was creepy as hell.

I covered up the mirrors in my house and was convinced demons and spirits were coming through/watching. I still hate them. Sorry your going through this.
Thanks for this!

I get eerie feelings from mirrors sometimes. Not necessarily demons, but in my spirituality mirrors can also be used as tools to see things.

Also, my mother-in-law believes demons can come through mirrors and won't have them in her bedroom.

in my psychosis the hardest thing to look at in the mirror is myself. a lot of times I see what I want. I can look at a wall and see nothing but skulls and other times I can see animals. it depends if fear is in my heart or not. sometimes these things can be symbolic, perhaps we fear seeing the demon inside of us (not really a demon but the mean side of us). don't ever forget there is a balance to the equation and that there is something good in that mirror too. we all still have a innocent two year old in us.

"It is said that scattered through Despair's domain are a multitude of tiny windows, hanging in the void. Each window looks out onto a different scene, being, in our world, a mirror. Sometimes you will look into a mirror and feel the eyes of Despair upon you, feel her hook catch and snag on your heart. " -Season of Mists

No you are definitely not alone.

My reflection sometimes looks back at me with a penetrating stare. I know she wants to tell me something but never does. Stubborn.

I'm always surpised when I look in the mirror because I don't know who will ne looking back, but as far as scared, i'm scared of what's behind the shower curtain
