Just curious as to what your experiences have been. I have had many myself, most notably the voices talking to me, or hearing two voices come out of someone's mouth at once. I have seen trees and objects turn completely into diamonds and gold before. And once I saw everything on fire, objects would completely incinerate and then reform before my eyes. I have seen people grow older and younger, myself included and I have seen people get severely burned with scars all over their faces. I have heard animals speak before too. Once I was leaving an apartment and a dog started barking at me and the owner said he is your friend silly, and the dog replied "I know that" clear as day. I have also heard birds speak to me. I have seen people shape-shift, morphing their body, streching it out, and have seen and felt myself shape-shift into different animals, most notably a dragon. I have had more but I think that is all that comes to mind. I used to practice magic avidly and so most of hallucinations I would knowingly intend, except the bad ones that started when the voices came. The negative ones were caused by them, as they would try to use my magic against me. Oh yeah I would see my arm turn invisible sometimes too. So what have you experienced?

well I heard many voices in my head telling me how horrible I was and how I deserved to die. Visually, I would see NASCAR explosions on the highway. I would duck because balls of fire and car parts would come flying at me. Or trucks driving next to me would be toppling over on top of me. Or the building on the side of the highway would be exploding. Medication seemed to take care of all this.

serloco, I've had a lot of violent thoughts--voices telling me to hurt myself in really bad ways. Currently I'm struggling with paranoia that leads to people stalking me and sneaking up on me--sometimes I catch them doing it because I see them behind me or in the windows. I am also struggling with a voice that tells me to shoot people or hold people hostage until I have a violent gun battle with the police where I'm shot to death. I've had a lot of others in the past but those are the most recent..........D.

I hear instrumental/electronic music quite often. Sometimes it's not too bad and I can still hear people talking and sometimes it's so loud I can't hear anything; earaches are common for me. Auditory hallucinations are common for me which can cause me anxiety such as hearing someone scratching on a door when I know I'm the only person awake during my shift. Visual hallucinations commonly involve wavyness/melting of the floors and walls; it makes me so nauseous and feeling the ground rise like it's moving. Generally I don't hear voices telling me to harm myself and telling me I'm worthless unless I'm in psychosis during the winter, I dread the winter so much.

i didnt know these were classed as hallucinations. when im walking on my own i hear footsteps and breathing behind me when there's no one there, and i get the whole furniture/walls/floor moving melting thing, like its made of quicksand, would these be classed as hallucinations?

Yes, I believe so. Hallucinations affect the 5 senses; touch, smell, taste, sight, and hearing. Delusions are "false beliefs/thoughts", yet I think mine are true and are not false. I have the "delusions" that stuffed animals have the ability to spy on me. I feel that the person that gave me them are using them to spy on me, so generally I end up throwing them out.

I'm not schizo but I do get auditory hallucinations some times. Either chanting monks from some eastern orthodox setting or some times just distant voices of many people all scrambled together.

I have voices that talk to me and about me. i have a child voice, a man voice and an electronic-distorted-slurry voice.

I see spiders coming out of cracks and condensation on the walls.
I have vivid things that go on in my head too that I'm not in control of

My coolest one was a gold muscle car with a detailed grill rise up and down up and down . And there wasn't even a car parked in that spot! Another one was a black cat in the rafters in my office-which has no rafters. A ghost recently.

I feel bad for the people who have tormenters. I have had them too and so I can definitely relate. Sometimes I get them trying to think for me, and their thoughts come into my head as if they are my own. I hate it very much.

A little while ago I had a very cool hallucination. It was a life, or a being of energy that would jump into objects to make them appear alive. For example I would flick a cigarette but into the air and the being would jump into the but and project a 'flying through the air' energy, and a 'weeeeeeeeee'. And sometimes if the object spun the object would project a dizzy image. It was very cool as if the objects were actually alive.

ive had some of all my senses. from smelling burning things to feeling bugs to hearing voices and seeing shadows and visions to tasting and smelling human flesh.

i usually have auditory and visual if we are only talking about hallucinations. although i have quite a bit tactile and taste. dont get much smells.

Very cool, I have had the same experience. Once I was living in an old church and all the noises, the clicks and creaks, all started to form words. At first they were trying to scare me and so they said satan is coming for you. But after I showed them no fear they started talking normally to me. It was pretty awesome.

I often hear the tv on or the radio on when they weren't even turned on. I know they weren't on because i've checked it when it happens.

Well firstly I'm not a diagnosed Schizophrenic, but I'm still seeing people about my mental health (although haven't for two weeks now). But I think I have been getting symptoms of Psychosis/Schizophrenia.

For example, on my way to the doctors yesterday, I thought I could see the ground before me rising upwards, as if I was starting to walk up hill, and then I felt that everything around me was taller than me, even the ground, sort of like I was shrinking. I don't know, it was a weird sensation.

Another thing I've seen are orbs floating about (not floaters, though), they appear and disappear in a second.

The weirdest thing for me, though, was when I was watching TV one morning last week, and the walls started moving in and out, like they were breathing, and then they started to discolour. I couldn't close my eyes as I started to think I was falling through my bed, so I got up and went on the computer and soon forgot about them. They've been getting worse though. I also see the curtains move when they don't, and things at the corner of my eyes.

I don't know if this was an auditory hallucination, as I don't know what they're supposed to sound like, but one night I could swear I could hear the tap streaming in my bathroom, and then immediately jumped to the belief that someone was in there, and they were going to murder me and my family. Later, I couldn't hear them breathing and thought they were dead, and more or less spent the whole night petrified in the corner of my room watching the door.

Are any of these symptoms of schizophrenia?

I worry because I get auditory hallucinations. Nothing serious yet, distant crowd voices or chanting or talking but unintelligible. I worry because I'm afraid it might get worse.

What do they sound like? Do they manifest in your ear, or in your head?

they definitely sound like psychosis symptoms...i get the same thing as though the walls are breathing and things move when they're not supposed to...i also get the sensation that my bed is vibrating.
if theyre getting worse u should defs see a pdoc about it..they'll be able to offer u the help u need before u have a complete break with reality

they sound like outside my head from my ear. I can't ever make out what they are saying, too far away. Like a distant conversation going on. The chanting is kind of cool, tho I have not heard that in awhile. It sounds like those eastern orthodox priests chanting. No I'm not religious. The conversations do freak me out I have to look around and I even check to make sure the TV is off. Is that how it starts or could this just be as far as it goes for me?

I have lots of hallucinations while psychotic and some now when I'm just mild. The most recent one is that I was in bed (not dreaming or asleep) and I felt a person cutting my leg open and then I looked and there's no cut. I actually felt the pain. When I was psychotic earlier this year, I've seen dead people on the streets with blood all over the place, once I looked into the mirror and my face became deformed, aliens and alien ships and other scary visual hallucinations. I also get command hallucinations from the government. They tell me to hurt myself. The regular auditory hallucinations are the government telling me of future technologies and they told me them and a few months later it was on the news. One of them was insect drones. And pills with chips inside of them. There are others as well. The government also tells me my mission that I won't get into now. There's lots more but its better than it was a few months ago because I am on Latuda.
Thanks for this!
