AM i the only one were when you think someone knows stuff about you they shouldn't. I think someone went through my emails and found some embarrasing yahoo answers questions even though everything is telling me logically it couldn't happen but i think it did. Everytime i walk past someone i think someone is commenting about it .The only way someone has access to this is through a old phone i lost before school ended like in may or late april i can't remember. The email though from what i can tell in yahoo answers and through accounts that were linked to it the earliest activity i had on it was like early july. But for some reason I keep hearing talk about it.

Also if it was through that account then they would have found all my other embarrasing things through that email i had signed up for so i don't get it.

You are not the only one to feel this way. The good news is that you realize there is not a logical rational basis for these beliefs, your mind is playing tricks on you. I hope you continue to have insight and get into a counseling appointment. I am sorry that this stuff is getting to you, but I truly believe it can get better for you, Brosci.

yes, I am very paranoid about e-mail. I dont' like using it. I feel like I am being tracked or watched through it or that people can get in and see my e-mail. I didn't used to feel that way. So, I dont' like to e-mail very much.

Yah it's like i can decipher that the earliest date back i can go for the account is like july 11,2012. This is when i started making fake acconts so all my emails go there that i can guess.I also would have been paranoid then loosing the email. But i locked myself out it.

You're not the only 1... i do feel the same way at times, especially when other people might have read my status updates in facebook/whatsapp, they'll purposely talk, make fun of, and spread amongst other people. i hv a feeling that whatever i post on the internet and even here, they're talking about it as well.

i had somone find me on a forum once at school that started my paranoia. I also think someone else is reading my stuff on my new account on the forum.
