It's been months since I've posted regularly!! Thought it would be nice to leave up a message for all of my friends here... I've missed the forums more than I thought I would

Life is about the same as usual -- ups & downs. Trying to get Disability as well as part-time work through a Vocational Rehab program. A whole lot of paperwork & waiting... Joy! But it's all I have at this point.
Haven't had a lot in the way of psychosis. Lately it's self-limited to when I'm really stressed out; which is such an improvement over where I was last year.
I'm still not yet "problem free". Not even close. I've been in this total haze for the last month or two: oversleeping, lazy, foggy headed, bored. I'd much rather be ubermanic than this!! Not even my intake of Omega-3s or caffeine makes a dent. Not even exercise, when I can manage to do it. I've tried jostling my internal clock to trigger an episode just to fix this!! But no dice.
Other than that, mostly been focusing on therapy for non-Bipolar/psychotic junk. And I've finally resolved to give the meds a real chance... Last night is the first of many. I hope it works.

I can't go online during the day so I may not talk as much as I used to; but it'd be nice to catch up. Going through the Roll Call to spy on you all is a bit daunting for now!

About to take my third dose in a row. Achey muscles, dry mouth, & a bit of dizziness... But so far so good? It's still really foreign to me. What I hate most is the negative anticipation in waiting for it to kick in. It always makes me feel weird before it makes me feel better.
