Sometimes I have to check that I haven't sent out emails, texts, Facebook messages, phone calls. Sometimes I have to double-check with someon. (usually my parents) that something actually happened, and half the time it won't have and I'll have dreamt it. It really does a good job at keeping me all muddled up.

Confusing dreams with reality. Anyone experienced this?

Yep all the time. Sometimes its worse than others. I just ask those around me if these things really happened. Its annoying sometimes but not a major problem in my life. I can deal with it easy enough.

Usually no because I don't remember my dreams. But I've had 3 episodes lately which totally freaked me out (people touching me and pulling me out of bed) which everyone says were dreams but I don't know if I believe that because of how real it was.
