i wen to group today.thought everybody was realizing until i realized everybody was a little off.well some were anyway.some just made sense from what i saw.im sayig im a little off too. i know some people can make a complete recovery but,i guess im not one of them.sorry if i offened anybody if they feel the same. spectrum(group therapy)

Hey you! Recovery can take a while. It takes time to find the right meds, and it takes time to learn ways to cope with the remaining symptoms. You may not be there today, but don't lose hope yet! Brighter days may be ahead for you. Take care.

i've been going to spectrum for 5 months now and god helps those who help themselves.

excuse me, but,actually i do know how to cope.reading,gardening,watchingtv,exercising,listening to music.watching tv dosent help me cope with my illness though.what helps me the most is listening to music.reading helps too.
