The spies are everywhere there was some follow me and my husband home from the mental health dtop in yesterday
there in the house i can see them
my husband cant because there out of phase
he dont believe me and he says its my mental health playing up
i cant drink the water out of the taps its poison my husbnnd got ill with it
i cant drink its i have bottled water instead

the spies are watching me sleep but am awake they are watching and waiting to strike

i have to get ready to fight them and look after my husband
he keeps saying he is cold but he has the covers on him and he feels very hot they have done something to him
i dont know what but they have poison or nano bugs or something like that

i have to be careful

I am sorry spies are bothering you.
Do you think maybe your husband feels cold because he has a fever? Maybe he just has a regular cold, and will be better soon. I hope so.
It sounds like you are being very diligent in caring for him. Be sure to care for you too, so you can continue to be there for him.

I agree it sounds like a fever and it could just be a regular cold. Colds have been really bad this year due to all the bad weather.

I'm sorry the spies are troubling you and he's sick at the same time. It's good you're taking care of your husband. I hope he feels better soon and the spies stop bothering you soon.

I'm sorry that spies are bothering you Asphyxia I'm having a similar problem with people watching me and following me everywhere. I think they've been getting in the house too to do stuff to me when I'm asleep, which is why I hate going to sleep. Anyway I understand how scary it is.

It sounds like your husband has a temperature which is why he feels hot to you but says he feels cold. That's his body's way of fighting whatever infection he has. Hopefully he'll feel better really soon but, like Gr3tta said, don't forget to look after yourself as well as him.
