still hard to listen to music because of what i went through; psychotic events.
havent really listen to music and now im trying to listen to them...harrrrd

Can you listen to music without words or even world music so it's not English?

I think this is a good suggestion!
I was also going to suggest trying just one instrument like just drums, just violin, just flute, or a kind of music you are unfamiliar with like opera, throat singing, speed metal ?
