Hi , what may help you is to seperate the thinking part of your brain from what actually is coming in through your senses. What you describe seems to be very specific, and if you reflect , you probably did not hear this verbatim. You more than likely made assumptions or inferences and your brain is presenting this as something you heard. I have had this problem in the past. Mindfullness may help you to make clear distinctions on what your senses are recording vs the 'thinking' part of your brain.

Im sure i heard it say that, since yesterday posting this i woke up to voices discussing me and i have ways of knowing that they connect or implant my body to acheive this as i get clicking inside and just under the skin
