I keep thinking how there must be an alternate universe where another me exists and I can be her instead. But how do you cross between. The night feels magic again. My bf says he thinks it sounds delusional. Does it sound delusional? I hope the stress of everything isn't going to make me ill

doesn't sound very delusional to me. it may be slightly delusional but it sounds more like openness to unorthodox ideas. It could just be that it sounds normal to me but not others...... my friends say I am very delusional..... idk..

Thank you for your opinion I appreciate the response. He might be wrong I hope he is I don't want to end up delusional again, well if that's what it was anyway. My main 'delusions' have been about the world not being real and that I belong to another dimension so maybe he worries about anything that sounds like that, also mixed with the fact that I feel weird and disconnected
Thanks for this!

ok. My friends/ mom say that these seem to be delusions although I don't feel that way but... here we go....
1: They are brainwashing us with music
2: The government is out for me
3: My brother is possessed
like I said, I don't feel like they are delusions but everyone else thinks they are
Thanks for this!

I guess it depends to what extent you believe those things. Lots of people have strange ideas but a delusion impacts on your everyday life and is deeply intrenched. I think I read your quite young so I'd wait to hear from a psych. It can be damaging to self diagnose. Not trying to be patronising

Glad your bf is so close to be able to give you warning. Maybe wait amd see if it is just a normal thought or gets out of control?
Try to keep your stress level low.

I didn't self - diagnose myself. the only reason I'm here is because weird things are going on (and my friend made my account for me). I poured salt in my brother's bed to try to rid him of the demons. I'm also planning out how to save everyone from the brainwashing. care to help?

Thanks punky yeah he knows me extremely well especially since we live together he sees everything. I'll keep an eye on it see if it gets worse. I'm trying to avoid thinking about everything that's going to happen and needs doing but I think it's constantly at the back of my mind. Maybe I need to do some de-stressing techniques
Thanks for this!

Yeah. Drug abuse is a thing in my family. Alcohol too but drugs seem to be a bigger problem.
