Yeah most of my friends don't like classical music or ballet or if they do then the tickets are out of their price range---ironically it was my episode and recovery from it that got me into this stuff---prior to that I got out a lot less.

I need to eat but I don't have anything good here. I usually get my son most the food that he likes. I need to remember to get me food I like. I really want to order Chinese but I can't afford it.

I'm not very good at being on my own for a long time I sort of dread it
I'm obsessed with the computer game Starcraft 2 right now. If I feel lonely sitting at home alone playing it, I take my laptop to the coffee shop and play it there.

Yes.
Titrated down amd I have been off it for over a week with no symptoms. So glad to be off it. Anxiety is really high but I try to ride it out. I have had anxiety since a little kid. Such a horrible feeling all the time...

What part of your head does it feel like it's coming from?

Oh man 1.5 hours for a 3 mile trip home tonight....could have walked faster except for the t-storms....a light at a major intersection went out and it was a free for all. I got soaked even with an umbrella...but home now...my bird is enjoying chickpeas....she loves them

Newtus I can totally relate to how you feel driving. I hate driving but I have to do it. In fact today I had to drive to UNT in Denton which took an hour to get there and then had to drive through evening traffic on the way back. That took an hour and a half to get back to Dallas. My nerves are a complete wreck when I have to drive like that and I get serious anxiety. It scares me a ton.

This is so unnecessary....so because he almost killed everyone in the lab I have my student writing a very detailed protocol of what he's going to do and he was supposed to get it to me before he even works again ie I was supposed to get it last night. He didn't and it now it's 4am and brain is like yeah you need to wake up and worry about your inevitable confrontation with this kid...nice thanks brain.

I hope everyone has a great day! I got up super early this morning. I had to drop Daisy off at the vet by 7am. She's getting an exam, one shot, and her teeth cleaned. My baby was so scared! She was shaking and crying. Now I'm home to wait for the vet to call and say everything is ok. I hate the wait and it sure is lonely without her here
