Well until 4am. Then my voices were just winding me up & I couldn't get back to sleep.

I really don't sleep well at all. I have severe sleep apnea, nightmares, pain and an annoying thing called tellermarketoritis!!

Yes and no...

It took me longer to fall asleep but I slept straight through to 5:15am bar waking up for a pee. I couldn't get any sort of reasonable rest after that so got up around 5:50am.

It's great not to be waking up at 4am but at the same time, I can usually doze until 7am when that happens so...
