Sorry i havent been around
i tried to kill myself again i od'ed ...my husband came home to find empty pill boxes and a note on the pc with sorry on it
went to hospital saw some one from the mental health team they said they will let my psych know
my husband said if i do it again am going on my own ( meaning to the hospital )

there shouting at me that am weak and that should have taken more pills
maybe there right

I'm sorry that the voices are shouting at you, but they're wrong. Mine used to shout at me to self-harm a lot. Sometimes I did, but it was never bad enough for them, so I learnt that they'd scream at me regardless & stopped doing what they said. They are not all powerful. You don't have to listen to them.

Did the hospital adjust your meds? It sounds like your meds aren't working so well lately. I hope that your pdoc can sort something out and you start feeling better soon

I'm so sorry,A. I was wondering how you were doing. Do you have anyone to help you keep your meds safe until you're suppose to take them? I wish you could go to your therapist more often. Maybe they can put you on different meds for awhile. I have to change mine a lot.

I hope things can turn around for you soon. You mean a lot to people including me. We really don't know each other but I'd like to. I can tell you're a nice person and very interesting.
