Going though a really paranoid phase, what do you guys do when you're feeling seriously paranoid?

check everything, write it down on my checklist, tape the list to my front door. then i can recheck the list with the bolts, and know my house is as safe as i can make it and stay in it. keep busy in my house with safe things like doing dishes, sweeping floors, exercising, brushing pets, colouring pictures, i have a list for that too. the lists help me. do you like the idea of lists? if not that's okay. paranoia is awful. i hope yours eases up soon.
