ive been fightig with my parents lately. my mom flipped out on me about something and i cussed her out.

i just had a physical altercation with my dad cause i woke him up last night and hes like "im gonna die cause you wont let me sleep!" and i keep saying "you dont die! you wont die!". and i punched him and wrestled him to the bed.

Your mom seems like a person that is easy to anger. Maybe apologise for cussing her out? Even if she doesn't apologise for flipping out on you. To clear your head maybe.

As for your dad it seems like him saying he's going to die trigger some sort of feelings that someday he'll pass away and you let out that fear with aggression. Maybe apologising to him may help too?

How is your back doing?

it seems to be doing better. Not as painful. I worked today, long shift and it was busy. And i stayed up til 4am last night. Actually my feet hurt worse than my back right now.

Lol I never had to use all caps before. Never felt the need to put my post in all caps. I think it's good they have it because when people type with the cap lock button on it's annoying and it feels like they're screaming or something.
