i did really good today as far as smoking. its 5pm and only had 4 cigarettes so far. usually by now i woulda had maybe 8 or 10

I haven't been on in awhile, I was mostly manic this past month and psychotic, but I'm coming back to being okay. Looking at colleges for my bachelor's degree in either clinical pathology or biology, but if I do clinical pathology I have to dorm or commute 50 minutes per trip.

guys...the weather is realy bad here.

i am so paranoid. it started at work.

then i clocked out anad left at 8. it was fine outside. but once i got going it got really scary. weve been under tornado watches and warnings all day. it was raining so hard i couldnt see to just pull over. the leaves were flying everywhere and my car was blowing in the wind.

guys i thought i was gona die. like really.

im home now. i got up at 3am today. i am very tired i feel strung out and just scared.

i took my nite meds

That was my area's situation yesterday and last night.

there was a bad storm here couple nights ago with funnel clouds in the county next to mine.

Yeah this storm system has made a major hit across almost half the country. Just wow...

thnks guys i am very glad to be home i just kept telling myself i will get home soon. i thought there was going to be a tornado and i was going to die.i am glad to be home.

Starting to realise that maybe college isn't for me. Really hard to accept as it's been my dream to get a degree, I just can't see it happening. I dropped out but I still get a certificate for my two years, better than nothing I suppose. Feel like a complete failure.

Well y got a total of about 6 hrs sleep, yay! I'm still tired, I think I'll sleep tonight.

I might try cut back a little today... I was smoking 10 a day but I'm creeping up to 11-13 a day at the moment. I'd rather get back to smoking just 10 a day.

Going to try having a cigarette every 1 hour and 15 minutes... that'll put me at 10 for today.
