If I don't try to stick to some regimen, then it'll all go out the window! I am one for liking to know what time it is though... I knew the 24 hour clock when I was like 5.

How are you today?

Im Ok cheers. Yourself?

I used to know the time instinctively within a quarter of an hour. then somewhere along the road to losing my mind it all went out the window. i cant tell direction any more either. Cest la vie.

I used to be able to tell the time to within a few minutes!

I'm not too bad... slept ok which was good but my voices are a bit worse this morning than they were yesterday. Every time they get quiet... I wonder if they are going away then back they come again! C'est la vie as you say...

Do you know when you lost that ability to tell the time? i cant pinpoint mine but suspect it was during a major break in 2003-2004. maybe it happened gradually and i just didnt notice till it was all but gone.

Can you do online courses? That might be easier.....there is actually one accredited mostly free university online now.

University of the People ? The world?s first tuition-free online university

I don't think I've lost it completely... it's just mindfulness... I'm just not as aware of what goes on around me anymore.

How many do you drink? They must be overloaded with caffeine & sugar... can't be any good for you.

I'm so happy you're feeling better. Yeah that not sleeping was awful. You sure don't complain like I was, lol.

I'm having coffee. One of my sons old friends came over and woke us up, but it's ok. His friend is 21 and asked me how I'd feel if Josh drank with him. I don't know what to think, I just don't know. I told him I have to think about it. I don't want Josh going behind my back though and doing it, ya know?
Thanks for this!

Hey, good to hear from you lawscot.

I should check out some British shows sometime.

I really don't watch tv. But I do watch a lot of movies on Netflix and a lot of documentaries.

Man he sounds like a twit, smh. Is there any way of getting a new one?

I changed agencies so I will be missing my appt with my psych nurse. I do feel she cares, but I only get 15 mins with her.

I'm sorry you don't have a better team, don't give up though.

Well I decided to be my own doctor. But then I was taking that high dose of doxepin. That really was a fluke. I thought u could take up to 600 mgs. The one med I didn't look up.

I just wish u could see a different Dr. You deserve better treatment.

Yeah I have Netflix too... there isn't as much choice as on the US version but it's saved me a lot of money buying films/tv series.

Found a pretty good 2nd hand DVD store in town for stuff that isn't on it though.

Doesn't seem like too much... caffeine can make you anxious, which could make you dizzy / get chest pain. Might not be but something to think about... I stopped drinking anything with caffeine a while back.
