10 things about you that have nothing to do with your illness.

Amazing... I saw them for the first time at Sonisphere in July. I was just thinking about getting the French concert film just 10 minutes ago as it happens.

Here are my facts:

1) I'm 27 (single like neil w ... *hello ladies* )

2) I play electric & acoustic guitar. (started 9 years ago but not played constantly so not as good as I'd like... still I'm modest, so not bad all the same!)

3) I love music, quite an eclectic taste... mostly rock but also classical, metal, jazz, dubstep, trance etc.

4) I am 5' 8" with blond hair & blue eyes. (no e on blond; a guy in case people hadn't sussed it out yet!))

5) I have a receding hairline already.

6) I have a Law degree.

7) I'm a big fan of Studio Ghibli, hence my avatar.

8) I am rather good at photography.

9) I'm pretty lean (skinny but with muscles) - always have been. Got girl wrists!

10) Winter is my favourite season.

I missed that gig as I was in hospital but I was supposed to go. I saw them from the snakepit in the stage at download last year. Epic it was!

I got very lucky one year when I left work I got a payout so I could travel Europe to see them. Some of the best times of my life!

I didn't go in the snake pit but I was right up at the barrier at the back of it. I only went for the Sunday... AiC & Airbourne were awesome too. Got to chill to some Reel Big Fish whilst getting some grub as well.

1. I enjoy studying languages. I've taken courses in Italian, Spanish, Old English, and French. I taught myself a bit of Latin, too. Unfortunately, I can't speak any of these languages well.

3. Even though they're not unicorns, I love my two poodles. One especially has really bonded to me, and she wonderful.

4. I'm bisexual, but I lean towards women. Like Elin, I love ladies!

5. I like to write. I've got three novels under construction. I probably won't finish any of them.

6. I love roller coasters, good horror movies, anything that will get my heart racing. I hope to go skydiving someday.

7. I'm 23 and I feel reeeaaalllly old.

8. I'm a virgin and I've never been in a relationship. I've never even kissed anyone. This hasn't been by choice.

Hi I'm Nikki and I guess I'll make my list up as I go along

1) I have an adorable cat, niece and nephew who keep me going.
2) I LOVE music. My favourite genres are goth metal, musical theatre, rock and some pop.
3) I don't watch much tv but I get obsessed with the shows I do watch. Especially Skins (Uk) which I constantly quote.
4) I love all things Disney, I have a Small Disney doll collection and a tonne of Frozen stuff! I go to Disneyworld next year for the fourth time!
5) I love shopping. Sometimes it's the only thing that will make me happy. In store, online, whatever, I love it!
6) I studied drama and dance in college.
7) marching band was my,life in my teenage years. I still desperately wish I was back then. (I played trombone but also really wanted to do colour guard)

It seems I never did this last time it was up, but I think it's a great idea.

1) I am 5 foot 10.
2) I'm turning 30 soon and it honestly doesn't bother me in the slightest. I'm actually looking forward to my 30s because I have grown so much more confident in myself throughout my 20s, so my 30s can only be better!
3) I have a very dry, and sarcastic, usually self-deprecating sense of humour, which doesn't translate well over text so I try to keep it off PC, but IRL I regularly make my friends and family laugh, which I enjoy.
4) I am quite introverted. I really enjoy socialising with small groups of people I know well, but I do need a lot of time on my own to recharge afterwards.
5) I have always been very intuitive and empathetic and am regularly an 'armchair therapist' to people I know, even strangers will randomly start telling me their life story! I hope to one day turn professional.
6) I have held a real (dead, obviously!) human brain in my (gloved!) hands and it was awesome! One of the coolest things I got to do when I was a medical student. Tbh there were many awesome things about doing medicine, and it was an absolute privilege to have patients tell me their stories and let me be a part of their care.
7) I currently am doing a MSc in Psychology, although I will soon break the university record for the longest time a student has taken to complete my 1yr course - I'm expecting an awards ceremony and everything!
8) I have a 4yo shih tzu cross called Max/Dog, who is wonderful, but can also be a massive PITA at times!
9) As a child, I failed Grade 1 piano, and I was awful at the violin too, but I enjoy singing and am a member of my university's choir.
