how do you cope even if you had your disability for along time?

well went to school for about half in hour was at the nurse and im having a VERY ruff month and my symptoms are very bad now im back home on my couch with a blanket writing this but ive had schizophrenia since i was 11 and now im turning 15 and but i had it a little bit when was was young but at 11 it all came together soooooooooooo can u pleazzzzzzzzzzzz help me???????????????????????????

I'm sorry to hear you are feeling so lousy. It sounds like you have a good head on your shoulders for your age. It is good that you understand what is happening. It is an illness as you know. Some people go many years into their lives before they get such a diagnosis and end up making a mess of their lives. I feel that you have promise and treating your illness early is the first step.

We can't give advice on how to help except to be a listening ear and let you know that you are a worthy beautiful person. I feel your pain and many of us struggle with some type of mental diagnosis and I understand what it means to be told that I have a mental diagnosis. They thought I had bipolar and I lived with that label 18 years before they realized they goofed.

Please take good care of yourself as you are worth it.
