Falling asleep is rarely an issue, usually they are at their quietest in the day then... easy to ignore. If I wake up in the middle of the night & they are loud, I'm &&^%*, which happens a lot more often than them being loud when I go to bed. If that does happen, there is like no cure that I know of.

Mine like to tell me I am a schizophrenic too sometimes, and that I am not at others... lol... fitting.

During my first period of psychosis, it took me many months for them to get bearable but after like months to a year of it... it just became a part of everyday life. Helps they are quiet mostly... if they were loud, who knows how I'd cope. Distraction is key too... if I'm busy I don't hear them, but if I stop... they are instantly there.

Sorry about your depression. Have you seen Melancholia... that's a really depressing but nice movie.

I've been watching a fair amount of horror films in recent times... watching Insidious tonight.

Hi guys. It should be interesting to see what happens for me tonight - the Dr is letting me try Abilify and Latuda so I won't be taking my Zyprexa. Will I sleep? Will I be up all night? Who knows. Luckily I don't need to get up early but if it goes on too long that's usually how my psychosis starts.

I like abilify---it works great for me lets hope it does the same for you...

Don't ask me why but I'm in the mood to ask everyone if you were an animal (any throughout history) what would you be? I tend to like the idea of an osprey, nice fresh sushi plus the ability to fly and not really a prey item for anyone. There is this nice sense of freedom and the freshness of air and water....

what is it with voices telling us were not sz? mine tell me im faking it all the time! it was only recently that i found out its not normal to have all these conversations going on inside my head so now i answer back pointing out if i wasnt sz i would be having this conversation!

ive been there done that too. but i usually know when people are looking at me when i talk to myself. THIS WOMAN was hiding in her car with the windows rolled down and thick black sunglasses on. i didnt see her at first. so it scared me a bit.
