Maybe download a new game to your iphone---I'm not sure what's good----do you have access to reading material, books you might like? I say that with caution because I had trouble reading when I was sick---we had games though like checkers and such and puzzles, do you have anything like that?

i drank a cup of coffee a couple of hours ago and i still feel tired.
i drank it so i can do my school work.
im not sure if im just burnt out from school or if im just lazy or just feel tired all this past week or depressed...but i actually dont feel like dont anything anything at all. i dont feel like even getting out of bed. i dont feel like i have much energy and i feel a bit weak. my studies are suffering from it. obviously. it took a lot out of my to goto the museum yesterday. i couldnt cancel because my mom bought me a ticket last minute and it was expensive. i sat on a bench half the time. couldnt use the stairs. i was so tired. and then they had this earthquake simulator. and it made me extremely extremely dizzy. i felt like i literally was going to faint afterwards. i had to sit down for awhile.

Ya my mom bought me some books on anxiety. I have English course to do as well but my focus is out the window right now so I'll wait until I get better to read.

There's a great free game that I'm currently addicted to called twodots on the app store, I find it really relaxing to play and it doesn't take too much cognitive ability. Might pass some time for you. Thanks for keeping us posted on how you're doing, I hope you're getting better

I am bouncing off the walls today, I am my own best company lmao, I am excited about spring coming, I can go outside more then and go more places, then summer will be great because I turn 21 in the beginning of June which means I can legally buy alcohol

One of the girls that I made friends with showed me how to use the nicotine inhaler.

I don't get how it works though. There's liquid and it goes into a sponge and I inhale though the sponge with the liquid absorbed in it.

She said the first time she was admitted that the nicotine inhalers were a life saver only thing that made her through it because she was always asking to go out side and have a smoke and they said no

yea everything was real flowers. from the the headpiece to the bridemaides flowers to the grooms and grooms mens flower peices and stuff etc. i say that because it was so well done that i actually thought it was fake lol.

anyway ughhh i havent done a thing today lol but lay in bed.
i feel like ive been on haldol all week. literally. i really do.

i was afraid the other night that the voices were gonna come back. i thought that there was hole in my stomach cuz the medcines werent working like they usualy were. i got real afraid. i started seeing demons. it got real bad fast.

its like i dont want to think about this but...im not sure but...cuz i dont remember but...this might be the pattern my psychosis starts...not sure...cuz dont remember.

hm...i do well. then i hit a small but hard depression. then a very hard psychosis with no insight for a very long time. i think...not sure...cuz i dont remember.
