Would a doctor prescribe something like Concerta or Ritalin for bad concentration? I was diagnosed with ADHD at 15 but grew out of the Hyperactivity part but still have the same attention problems.

Surely a doctor would but be very easy going about the drug use. I just tell my psychiatrists me: "I swallowed them all". Him "What?" Me: "like down the throat".

Also it will be harder in Ireland to get stimulant medications but since you have a diagnosis then it sounds plausible. My first psychiatrist came and practised in Dublin so idrk. I'd say you have a good shot but psychosis treatment always comes first from my experience. Like if you have ADHD and your psychosis isn't getting better, forget about stimulant medications is what would be said.

Generally just anything that brings you into a hyper aware state will cause psychotic symptoms for me anyways. But for me Ritalin is a very calming and soothing stimulant like nicotine even at high *** doses.

I'm a little angry with my psychiatrist. He told me that he thinks my anxiety and panic attacks were due to a bad effect I had with Wellbutrin. Then he puts me on lithium and gives me Klonopin and says that he believes my panic attacks and anxiety are just existential. Then guess what happens? My anxiety and panic attacks almost disappear. Okay, so what happened? It was the lithium. My doctor didn't tell me this would happen, he just made light of something that I nearly killed myself over. I feel manipulated. The lithium limits the amount of norepinephrine, which is your stress neurotransmitter. It triggers your fight or flight sympathetic nervous system, which causes anxiety and panic.


Their not existential. They are a biological reaction from a drug he kept me on. I know it's all an experiment to see what drugs work for what person. We're all different biologically. However, let's be honest here. There is no need to flip-fop, and try to trick me.

I tested the power of the chemicals in cigarettes and walking to school in -20-30C in a snow blizzard and it kept it's light perfectly ^^

But I had to keep it in my mouth or my hands would freeze..

I don't know how you handle Canada it is so extreme......

i would say the same to you where you live

but im sure people up north couldnt handle living in 110 degree weather like we can here
