I had a voice that made me question everything I ate. It lasted 20+ years but the AP took it away. Now I miss it> Does anyone else know how to deal w/ this?

any voice (hallucination) is not worth listening to, though they can tell the truth at times. for me they only torchured my sanity for 4 years. yes the AP im on works well.

In a weird twisted way I miss it. How do I get over missing it or even explain to T I miss it. Everyone is so happy that it's gone but me now.

This is good advice. I don't miss my voices but I do feel like there is something missing from my life. Weird kind of f'd up feeling.
