not sure if hearing voices/sounds tonight. lately things have been seeming too bright. but i think its just my eyes really. but voices is not just my ears. i feel really stressed about having a lot to do and im thankful school is ending.
edit// i look in the mirror and i see everything wrong with myself and nothing right. i cover myself up and feel not confident when i go out. then i dont know why i cover myself up.

My teeth are perfect from my dad's side. My sisters teeth from my mom because my mom had to wear braces as well. I only went to the dentist once in my life.
Dentist said "Wow" and I didn't brush my teeth only before the appointment. But now I have a checking schedule so I have brushed my teeth, showered, etc every morning this past month. |

thats like me. i have perfect teeth from both my mom and dad. and my dentist is stunned but i dont take good care of them as i should due to negative symptoms.

going to take my 5mg haldol and the rest of my meds but dont want to. not the haldol. it sucks. hearing some voices tho. and having anxiety and paranoia.

i had this dream where i made this sandwich with 5 peices of bread with slabs of bacon in between each peice of bread and a mustard in between all that. it was weird.
