this is from my experience using the following chemicals on my walls and appliances that DO WORK to keep voices quiet.

this may help block voices and tactile hallucinations.

1. pick up plastic windows or plexi glass x4

2 get zinc pyrithion shampoo, nitrogen infused plant food, coal tar soap, charcoal
...crush charcoal into powder

3. cut plastic or plexi glass into any size you want, all the same

4. get hot glue gun and glue

5.layer 1 shampoo..glue next sheet over that on base sheet.

6.layer 2 plant food use spray glue first to hold it in place, hot glue next sheet on layer 2

7. mix coal tar soap and charcoal powder,, spread on layer 3 evenly, hot glue top plastic/plexiglass sheet.

allow glue to dry, you might use C-clamps to hold them in place while drying.

once dry, and while hearing voices, hold in front of you and turn around and walk around the house until you get a dimming effect of volume or frequency of speech.
