I have 'voices' in my head that feel much more like real telepathy. It's like I have a sixth sense. Never has it felt anything like annoying voices. I use this telepathy to communicate with others.

My voices felt like telepathy but they went away with meds so they were voices.....

So you communicate with others - you to them and also them communicating with you? Sounds like you are not bothered by these "voices" and that it is useful to you. Are you on any meds now? Have you been on meds ever before?

I am interested because my son seems to enjoy what's going on with him and he says he doesn't hear voices. He once told us he can read the kids minds at school but later retracted his statement saying he was just kidding and being sarcastic!

I am communicating with them and they are communicating with me as well...

I still don't know if it is real or fake!

Even with meds I can communicate with them.

I have the same concern! I have always been able to predict things and my sixth sense is strong. Now, from what I understand, they voices, sensing, etc, may not be real. Can is be real? Of course this makes me feel like something is trying to take away my power.
