The truth about scizophrenia - what is it?
Can people who don't have this disease know betterly than we do?

We can't make the characters of our voices leave us alone it seems.
They treat us like $#%^, without any kind of decent motive.

Anyway - lets come up with a sentence, that all of us will say to the aliens (or whoever they are).
If every scizo says the same thing, maybe we get them stop talking in our heads.

So . . . I suggest that we start saying: " GIVE US BACK OUR FREEDOM THAT WE ONCE HAD "

Hi deepndark. Welcome to Psych Central. Thank you for visiting. Here is the phrase I am working on: "Let me be the person I always knew I could be." Good luck with your phrases.

Some forums that might be of interest.
Schizophrenia and Psychosis - Forums at Psych Central

Many people who are actively involved in Psych Central find it helps take them out of their own problems to develop empathy for others. And their problems though still there are more manageable.

Glad you are joining us here. There are lots of compassionate people here that can make the load lighter by sharing and caring. Feel free to participate actively at Psych Central.

Some people find the forums give them the compassion and empathy they seek. http://forums.psychcentral.com

I had more empathy for others before the voices began abusing me.

This is quiet a nice phrase. Lot of the diagnosed people could make something out of it. I must say I've had some identity problems during the last years, but I'm optimistic about my future. Thanks for the welcoms!

look at it scientificly. all amplified audio (sound) needs a pathway. what ive found is that since the voices sound when water is running from faucets and shower i took silver and copper bead wire and made winds and wound those around faucets. and since they sounded from vents with air moving, i took charcoal mesh screen and cotton swabs and stuffed them in and across the vents to muffle. then i found that my walls were at spots showing high magnetic flux (gauss) with a smartphone app called "gauss meter" and took a mix of dandruff shampoo, dish soap, baking soda and painted over the gauss areas. and on fridge i put a memory foam pad between wall, and took apart a water filter with fiberglass and coal filter and put on walls around fridge. and a tin foil bowl 5 layers at bottom of the fridge.

Mental techniques i use are focussing on ears, internal brain, and muscling/visualizing and mentally pulling/pushing on areas until i get a response.

im on clozapine which helps greatly.

I believe Schizophrenic brain is working in a different way than normal brain does. It’s the chemical imbalance in our brain that caused us hear or see the unreal things. Nice phrase you have there, I will say it with you from now on. Mine is “Guys (voices in head), get a life”. I don't know the truth about schizophrenia, but i do know the truth about schizophrenics, that we all are fighters.
