I start getting these as I get worse. I usually yell at them to leave me alone because it seems like someone is spying on me.

I also see what seems to be flies flying around or bugs that aren't there? Don't know if it's with my schitzoaffective disorder or not..

possibly. To me it sometimes looks like someone peeking or someone standing there. As for the flies I definitely don't see that.

yeah I had a particularly bad dose of that , my problem though was not just the illusion of movement.

I don't know , it seems like your major symptoms are mania and depression from your med profile. or at least your doc believes they are the most significant. you had your diagnosis for long?

I have schizoaffective.
And I see like full on "people" standing right next to me in my peripheral.
But sometimes I do see like bugs or something like that.

Don't know how old you are, but if you're 40+, you may also want to see an opthamologist to rule out issues with your retina. Earlier this year I had eye surgery because I had some blood vessels leak. I was with a pediatric patient, talking to the mom. I suddenly saw gnats flying in front of me. I grabbed at them a couple of times, then realized I needed to just ignore them because it would be weird to explain what I was doing by saying "We've got gnats here, I guess." After she left, I kept seeing them and they increased in number. I looked it up real quick and it said I needed to get in right away in case my retina was tearing away. So I did. They fixed it - no more gnats

i get light brightening effects alot before they start in. i stopped seeing things like shadows months ago. i do internal mind-muscle- excersizes that help.

I see them. Like black shadows rushing past me. No matter how fast I turn my head, I can never catch them. I get the bugs , too. These usually come with extreme anxiety or increase in number as I fall deeper into depression. If they happen outside of that, I see full blown people looking at me. Sometimes they even whisper and giggle. The last time, a little girl was following me. I was terrified of her. My delusions also seem to come from nowhere, like faces popping 3d out of the fence or demons leaving me messages in the fallen leaves. You aren't alone. One of the great things of Schizoaffective.

I thought this type of thing was pretty normal. I always see shadows fly past my peripheral vision, have done for years. Doesn't bother me and there's nothing wrong with my eyes.
