Its been really hard for me and it's almost been a year since I've been diagnosed. I'm on medication and it's not really helping again as usual(Geodon 40 mg) and I can't ask for an increase cause it makes me have nipple discharge .I have a therapist and he's really helpful I hear voices and they're really bothering me, I'm also wondering if I could be schizoprhenic cause I read somewhere if it lasts longer than 6 months then it's schizophrenia is that true? I'm also paranoid and I have racing thoughts .I also scratch my self from time to time cause the voices tell me to .and I don't ask for a change in medication cause I'll have to go back t9 the hospital to see my doctor.I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do to improve my life?

My dr said Latuda was in the same family as Geodon. Maybe you could go to a clinic or a private practice pdoc and see if that works without the discharge.

try using your mind to focus (visualize and feel) inside your mind and then force feel the voices being cleared (erased). this technique may not work right away, but ive had others say it helped. I also will stare at an object i think they might be coming from and visualize that object clearing the voices too. my health worker has related this technique to wisemind.

I take Geodon and Abilify for antipsychotics. Maybe that's an option to review with your pdoc? xo

I was thinking if maybe adding another AP would help without the side effect or adding something else but I'm not qualified to know.

I was on 160 mg but I had to stop because it made me tired and it made me have nipple discharge.
