Like it would be as if I felt that I had already had this conversation with you and then everything else that happened lets say...for the rest od the day also felt as if i had already done it

I do think it isn't a delusion because you were raised with this religion, however, I myself do have delusions that stem from my personal spiritual beliefs. For instance, I believe in reincarnation and some pagan beliefs, etc...so my delusions involved myself being reincarnated many times and having magical powers.

I should add that I don't believe in magic...just some general pagan beliefs without the magic aspect.
