What are you doing to get them to stop? Or are they rather quiet, and you can ignore them?

I've found music helps me tremendously, to drown them out.

You know, music used to FEED my voices and the paranoia and made the symptoms worse in general. NOW music helps distract me from the voices. I still can't get much done when they are going off, but I get some relief from the constant misery, especially in the afternoons.

Actually one song seems to make it worse ' man on the silver mountain' by Rainbow. Freakin awesome song, I love it but I can't listen to it. Other than that anything works, even other Rainbow or Dio songs are fine. I like my metal and Ronnie James Dio was aptly named, haha.
