I put my heater on too. Started on Friday because the low dropped to near 50.
you guys get a lot of credit for watching such gritty TV programming. I get so easily triggered, I can't watch a lot of violence or gore, and I can't watch too many guns because I have a thing about them (delusion that is perfectly real to ME) __________________ the world is too loud Dx: Schizoaffective Disorder Depressive Type, PTSD, and Agoraphobia. Current meds: 30 mg Haldol, 10 mg Lexapro, 100 mg Lamictal, 0.5 mg Klonopin PRN |

Definitely did not put on the heater, it was a nice cool 45 degrees this morning and felt good

i feel normal trapped in a psychotic human being.
idk why i totally say that. i just feel like my mind operates on a higher level but yet it and my body fails to seperate delusion from reality. and hallucinations from reality. and then when i speak i speak sometimes skewed. its like im watching my psychotic self operate and i cant do anything about it... __________________ "We're all born to broken people on their most honest day of living"

im really paranoid right now and idk if im hallucinating or not but i think im gonna take some xanax to calm down. its way to early to take haldol. i take it in 3 hours or so.

Keep hearing things outside and heavy rain periodically even tho no rain today. Asked hubby a couple times if it was raining. Herbal tea to calm my nerves. Movies keep making me feel anxious tho. Its been a frustrating month now waiting on a decision...

had coffee. i feel so done with facebook i want to delete my account but i think im just gonna delete a few people. im having problem with one person being outlandishly racist towards the president yet this guys on disability. yet he hates the government. hes always negative and talking against christianity but then he says he loves jesus and god. he said he wanted to burn some churches down and i reported it to fb. they did nothing but this guy is potentially dangerous. __________________ "We're all born to broken people on their most honest day of living"

I talk about burning down churches and stuff way worse than that on Facebook and a lot are Irish Catholics.
Then again they call me a legend or a genius for my weird thoughts like "Cannabis flavoured tampons". |
