Trying to make sense of what's going on... I don't know what it is, but it seems like sometimes everything is like floating like in water kind of like I see things swaying and bobbing and moving like when you are hungover and things seem to move but much more bizarre. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Not sure if it's a perception problem or my eyes are trying to adjust to things or it's maybe a hallucination because one of my diagnoses is schizoaffective so I do have hallucinations just usually they are of the auditory nature.

Yup, I know all about this.

I experience hallucinations on a daily basis where things seem to shift, wave, ripple, or move when in fact they are stationary.

Sometimes I see shadowy figures out of the corner of my eye, that doesnt happen to often though.

The best thing I can tell you is ust keep reminding yourself that it is just a hallucination and it cannot hurt you.
