A lot of times when i'm with friends or in a social group I get paranoid. I feel like people can read my thoughts. When this happens I try to 'run away' from the situation thats bothering me so I wont feel so paranoid. Friends sometimes ask questions but most of the time they understand that I think a little different.

Does anyone have any tips to deal with situations like this?
Thank you.

I feel the same way when I am around people. I know that everyone is reading my mind. The government can actually hear my thoughts! But what do I do about it? I just ignore the fact that everyone knows what I'm thinking. I am even going to a baseball game next week and there will be 50,000 people in the crowd. I will just have to deal with it. The only reason why I'm going is because my dad loves sports.

How I deal with that isn't the best: I stop thinking. What's annoying is that it doesn't make any sense that such a thing is possible, but it's undeniable... there are no two ways about it, and there's no way to stop it from happening. >< Unless there is and we're unaware of it. Now wouldn't that be nice.
