I'm pretty sure they watch me all the time and it seems they know where I'm going because the coincidences, or whatever you call it, happen every day. I think it is the religious right neo-cons....who have nothing better they could be doing with their time. It takes some getting used to. The meds calm me down but don't stop some of the nonsense.

[You need to explore your guilt and shame, that's what drive the spying delusions. Do this with a therapist or doctor.

Yes I experience this. Not so much cameras etc, but think people break into my house when i not there and move things around (open windows, change the bookmark in the book im reading). On the street I see coincidences in almost everything. when people walk towards me then change direction to go back the other way, i think it is proof that 'they' are out to get me.

I feel like I a being followed a lot of the time. that weird things are set up so I will go over and over the in my mind. The other day a car drove towards me, pulled up close, the driver stared at me then sped off. It was very weird, and typical of the stuff that happens to me on an almost daily basis. In the past even something like someone scratching their back Ive seen as a threat and a 'secret message',

I live a normal life, gf, job, have friends etc but keep this all to myself. I think I am getting better at dealing wit it, in the past anything would result in me staying in bed and going over and over it in my head, now i seem to be able to get over it quickly, still doesnt stop the fear and paranoia from coming on in the first place.

I have not been diagnosed with Schizophrenia, but with Schizoaffective disorder and I have had the types of episodes you describe. It has not all gone away with medication and therapy but medication has helped tremendously and I'm very stable right now.
