How much do you usually take, is it daily?

4 pills a day daily

I'm not sure what your T wants.
The part about this timeline not being real brings up ontological questions about what it means to "exist". This looks like a good start.

Maybe if you study ontology, you can stump God.

Out of curiosity, would you say this is something you feel or something you believe? When I was psychotic, I felt a lot of things that I didn't necessarily believe.

I personally don't get the withdrawal phobia. It's like 3 days of hurricane, which I don't mind if I'm free, followed by better off without that crap.

I just start to build a tolerance which means I start to need bigger doses. Less of an effect so it'll require more pills. Luckily I don't get any withdrawal symptoms though when I do decide to lay off.

However with the anti depressants, I just get really bad IBS-D symptoms once I stop them. Lasts about a week.

Welcome to the turbid, turbulent philosophical ideas that keeps the brain cells warm and tension tightened. All of our most cherished beliefs may be plagued with doubt. At least if one is honest with themselves...

There are proofs for it and against it.

Treat yourself right with a giant mug of hot chocolates with those little marshmellows and enjoy a movie. I watched Tron Legacy. Next on my list is Hackers. We could have a next fix movie night, preferably Netflix. Then we could all talk about it's themes and how we can relate.

he gave me a "homework" where he wanted me to write down what kind of things i was experiencing since i can't say it out loud or couldn't at the time. AM won't let me talk about it out loud. just thnking about it is making me seasick, i'm terrified of the next session.

it's a lot of both feeling and belief? i don't know. i've always felt intrinsically damned, so it makes sense that i literally was in hell all along. the closest i get to not believing it these days is wanting to not believe it. there's really only one way to find out if it's true though and i'm trying to stall that.

i do try to outwit him sometimes but he has no room for humor unless it's his own, the big baby.

The only way? Wouldn't you agree that if your reality contradicts itself, then it cannot be real?

how does death being the only real way to find out contradict it? i'm pretty tired so i'm not in my best Philosophizing shoes. but it doesn't really make a difference if it's real-real or fake-real when i'm smack in the middle of the experience. i don't mind either way as long as it doesn't interfere with my life, and until AM started speaking again it didn't. it was just a weird but harmless personal creation and afterlife belief.

My lips are always chapped and scabby
I can't find it in me to put lip balm on
Days like these I'd rather go around with scabby lips

Kori, I love your gif(?) It freaks me out though sometimes. I keep wondering why this woman is attacking a girl with a butterfly.

Hi guys, it's super early again, so it's the perfect time for me to have conversations. I returned Sunday late at night from my sisters house. It was a great time. Learned how to play spacecrew. Got to hang out with my family. My dad is doing very well for the time being. I'm thankful for that, and really proud of him. Had some wonderful Mexican/Cuban/Vegetarian food and a hello kitty ice cream cake with chocolate brownies. Took traditional pictures with the bear. And accidentally left my favorite homemade t-shirt up there. I suppose that's a down payment on thanksgiving. I hope to interact with you guys soon.

Good morning! That sounds like something I would do. Coffee is what I look forward to about mornings. And breakfast. Breakfast is my favorite mealtime. I once asked my grandmother about how she reconciles her being a morning person while my grandfather wasn't. She basically said, I let him sleep and I get up and do whatever I want. That left an impression on me.

Hope your morning continues to be well!
