It's not normal though, if the reason you caused harm was due to the commandment of a different voice in your head. You're a teenager so I understand being afraid of your parents' reaction, but I'm telling you it is not nearly as important as preventing terrible harm to yourself or someone else. Three years is a very long time to go with these voices in your head commanding you to kill yourself or others.

I know if I was your parent then I would want to know what is going on with my daughter. Does your parents dismiss that there is something wrong with you?

I know it is...But I am also afraid of the doctors...What if they put me in hospitalization?...Then I don't know for how long I'll be there...Or if they'll ever let me out

When I first did self harm my parents called a hotline here in my country that specializes in troubled teens and parents...There they said that this is normal...My parents DID thing of getting me a psychiatrist...But they put the thought aside when the person on the phone told them not to worry...Ever since then the voices have been even more difficult to control....

If they put you in the hospital it's to keep you and/or others around you safe. They will let you out. Most inpatient stays are short, they are mainly used to get you stabilized on medications(s) quickly.

I also doubt if I will be able to Continue school if I get medication...You see here in my country they don't teach us properly and they often skipp important lessons that need to be taught...So around 99 percent of the kids that go to my school go to a tutoring one to help them...I go to one too but if I get medication I will have to stop it (cause you know...Economic crisis here) and if I don't I'll have to rely on school education from my country...Which means I'll learn nothing at all...
