I addressed my lack of interest in life by retraining my reward centre and making some new goals, even little goals can help.

The anhedonia is a real nasty one to deal with, you have to try and make goals out of smaller stuff that involve rewards. You can use delayed gratification to have a cup of tea or coffee at 3pm, stuff like that
