i guess ill just tell her my xanax isnt working and see what she says. shes indian and doesnt speak good english.

btw i asked my pss why theres only indian doctors here as ive always usually had caucasian pdocd. she said indian doctors are the only doctors that will take the pay times the amount of patients the clinic has/gives.

If you bring up Ativan, and say Xanax isn't working anymore, she might cut you off, and you don't want to be forced off benzos. Just decrease how much you take on your own without telling her.

yea good point. ill do that. ill skip taking my xanax tonight and only take my ambien and haldol. ill try doing that. then when i have a panic attack ill take the xanax.
