Watching Jessica Jones on Netflix. Its a bit too dark but good. 6:30 AM here in Michigan. New year's resolution is to lose the weight gained by meds and finish this book. 164 pages done. Finish up Aristotle, do another Plato's, which will be really easy, Then the story picks up. Finding a girlfriend would be nice... last year, I lost my apartment, became bi polar 1, and started my book. I'd like to gain my independence but I don't see how I can because I don't make enough money. It's all because of how much my meds and PDoc appointments cost me. I don't know what to do besides write.

I hope everyone is having a fabulous New Year's. I certainly am! I got over my kind of foggy mood and I seem to be back to whatever passes as "normal" for me, ha ha ha.
I just have to pay extra attention to my mental health during January, as it tends to be the month I'm most likely to have a major relapse. I tend to be hospitalized during the winter more than any other time of year, so I am doing things like reducing stress, doing extra self-care above and beyond what I normally do, and so on. Just have to be vigilant, the last thing I want is another hospital stay. |
