I have Vistaril too. It doesn't work as well as benzos for me but it's something at least. But, I have to say, since I started taking Cogentin, my anxiety has really calmed down. I don't like the side effects but I believe it is what's helping for anxiety.
Thanks for this!

Well at least shes keeping me on the xanax and not stopping that. I see her back in a month. Instead of 3 months this time.

I hope these meds will work for you. And if they don't, you will see her again pretty soon.

I take vistaril too. I rarely take it unless I'm really agitated/anxious, it helps take the edge off. Like Angelique said, it's better than nothing

I start my class 2 weeks from today, can't wait!

Im kind of thinking of trying a yoga class. Does anyone have any experiences with that? Im not sure if I want to do it but recently its intrigued me, the different poses I see on instagram. Ive always wanted to do like a dance class like hip hop style but theres none around me that I know of. But i found a yoga class in the downtown area in the next town over which is closer to me than most places.

I just am so intrigued by the poses and i kept thinking "wow with those poses like standing on one arm those people could breakdance". lol...yea

anyway i think the benefits are great

ive been thinking a lot lately about how many people i knew in high school are married now or have kids and how that number is steadily growing and probably exponentially higher than i know bc i keep in touch with so few of them. especially the ones who have kids. im thinking about how if i were to have a kid, how badly would i **** them up just by being me? i know my parents ****ed me up in ways just by existing in their minds and bodies and circumstances. i cant imagine the damage i could do without knowing. its probably weird that im trans and still want to have kids with my own body. but i can't even imagine someone wanting to put up with me for that long, let alone a tiny and much more breakable human coping with having me around. OR being in a position where i could afford one. i can't even afford a puppy!!!! and probably couldnt be trusted with one either. these high school chumps got me coming down with a minor case of the baby fever. the baby common cold. the baby hiccups.

ive done videos off of youtube for over a year. i dont trust myself not to start cursing at the teacher if the pose is too complicated. not very zen, that. but theyre really good practice! i use this channel most days, she has all kinds of videos for every level and shes doing some kind of beginners 30 day tutorial challenge this month.

Chicken foot: many people are not lucky enough to become so well , that they can understand what caused them to become psychotic and unwell (symptoms leaning on perception). Everyday I take an event , and think if my symptoms were playing up , that would cause me to think in a certain away and would cause psychosis. I thought you had become well enough to understand that. Let's not go round again , start again , etc , just look to your symptoms and get them treated , by AP medicine.

You should be able to tell by looking up the pill color shape size etc.

Good morning. Getting ready for work if my boss ever gets back to me. I'm really struggling with this job. It's harder than I remember it being and so boring it barely holds my attention. Oh well at least it's a job.
Newtus i took vistiril too and I agree. It takes the edge off. I've considered taking some of mine when the Ativan doesn't work.
