a while ago i used to always see what looked like..sort of like a shadow in broad daylight. just a black figure of a person but in 3D.. anyway tha lasted a while and it used to scare me alot but now its coming back. i dont know why. i hate it. last night one of them was sitting by my rat cage.

it said my name.

Hey there... When you say coming back, what do you mean? Have you been diagnosed and on meds or did you go off meds? Do you hear any other sounds, voices, etc?
Does this happen (did this happen) very often? Anything else you can tell me about your situation?

seems like something you'd get say if you weren't getting
enough sleep or on a diet of somekind. You should probably

ive never gotten a diagnoses on anything related to this, and to be honest im not a fan of pdocs or meds. im not an incredibly briliant weight right now but last year (from late august to around late november) i wasnt on any sort of dieting and i'd get it.

i have heard other things before. sometimes a girl crying (and no i dont have a little sister, im the youngest in the house) and once she was laughing. the thing that scared me most last year was when id hear a really.."satanic" voice. sounded like it was right in my ear like when someone talks on your neck. horrible, scared the %#@&#! out of me.

nothing like that recently though..
