i tried this tonight and it stopped the voices from being mean, and eventually they quieted down. think of the room or place you were at when you first started hearing the voices. think of an object in the room that they might be remembering in you that sets them off, now hold the image in your mind and then delete the image of it. keep doing this in a relationshipal way to what your hearing, whether good or bad.
