recently have caught glance in a mirror that have black wings, not to dissimilar to a bat, with loose dark feathers..feeling wing sometime breaking under skin by shoulder blade, confused as to what it is...do not believe in angels, souls, anythign like that at all...do not understand it all, cannot fly...just don't understand it?

Does this kind of thing happen regularly? Also what type of medication were you on before? I'm only asking because it sounds like a visual hallucination you're having and it might be because you're unmedicated. Does your psychiatrist know you're not on any medication?
Thanks for this!

You might want to consider finding a new psychologist.

considered yes. but to get one means talking to three new strangers, both over the phone and in person. previous psych/social worker could make it easy but no.
